I reckon it won't happen until the autumn. I'm guessing September 20th. At least for Britain. I think if the US goes it alone it will do it earlier (March/April) but I don't think the UN will bite that quickly, and Blair would have a revolt on his hands if he tried it soon, many British people are not ready for it yet.
