They are next. The order probably using the native speeling of Irak, before Iran, rather than English Iraq, after Iran.

Say rather a more native spelling in the roman alpabet. If you are going to alphabetize, you need to use one alhabet, transliterating as best as possible.
Does the Arabic script coreespond letter for letter to the roman alphabet? or to the Cryllic? or have a different order or letters of its own?
