Nah, we'll always be best. We just may have to have a few more Lithuanian guys become citizens or change the rules to give extra points for flashy dunks...

Good job by Sweden to qualify!!
    Be the bid!

      Hang on,
is it wierd that Germany did so well?

Also, was England not even good enough to qualify for the preliminary tournaments?

Won't be so for long, you've already lost to Yugoslavia
Ridiculous! The US sent all their crappy players and lost. Serves us right I guess.

        Players who didn't go -
        Kobe
        Shaq
        Duncan
        Garnett
        Kidd
        Webber
        McGrady
        Carter
        Iverson
        etc...

****, how are Elton Brand and Andrew Miller supposed to beat anyone? The Clippers can't even beat the other NBA teams.

American basketball is the best and will stay the best. It's just that players are lazy if they're not getting paid.

BustaMike, but there is such a tendention. For example, look at results of Lithuania-USA matches (only ones vs. "dream team" are written, the one with NCAA team in world cup 1998 under lockout isn't given):
Barcelona 1992: Lithunia lost by 47 points
Atlanta 1996: Lithuania lost by 22 points
Sydney 2000 (groups): Lithuania lost by 7 points
Sydney 2000 (semifinal): Lithuania lost by 2 points

                    Hi LaRusso, you're alive!

Yep we know, but miracles do happen and if they don't happen there's always 2nd and 3rd place

oh very much so. it is just that serbia is in a technological stone age and i bought an appartment in a part of the city still having a analog phone switch. believe it or not, belgrade is the only place in serbia still having analog switchboards.
                      how are things down there?

Not likely unless easyJet, Ryanair or germanwings flies from Athens to Sweden

When we arrived they told us that the last ferry back is in 1 hour!!!!
