McDonald's serves Mr. Pibb BTW. So I'm sure you get it. I never see McDonald's carry Dr. Pepper.
Although it has been many years since I set foot in a McDonald's. I hate it.

No i'm pretty sure Mr. Pibb does not exist in philly... i have never seen it nor heard of it until now. McDonald's dont carry it.
there's a lot of things that exist only in a few cities. I know that rap snacks potato chips was only in philly, baltimore, and DC until this year when they started selling them all over the country.
