                              Indeed, the rule against "frivolous" votes (or should we call a spade a spade and call the rule what it really is: a rule against votes for posters against whom DarkCloud seems to harbor some inexplicable hatred! What has poor chocoballs ever done to you, DarkCloud, to cause him to deserve such malicious treatment???) strikes me as being extraneous. If enough people vote for somebody, then clearly their votes are not "frivolous."
