Actually, to be perfectle pedantic, Frogger was using the word "pedantic," which means:
pe·dan·tic ( P ) Pronunciation Key (p-dntk)
adj.
Characterized by a narrow, often ostentatious concern for book learning and formal rules: a pedantic attention to details.
It's not a positive thing. However, Frogger still didn't use it correctly, as Sloww is by no means book-learned or formal. He's just obnoxious.
