What librarians don't realize is that libraries today in 2003 are incapable of having a working archive. There are far too many people who depend on the first and fifteenth chapter... too many people who do not have bibles for moral influence... too much general non-reading behaviour occuring... too much of a liberal attitude to reading novels...
A library that forms in this environment will only result in an even worse cycle of illiteracy for millions of readers. Of course, to librarians, this is just 'tough luck'...
