  • I love 1988 (bbc show)

First of all, I'm not that much into the '88

but yesterday's show did play a song that I'm looking for, but I don't know the title or artist.

It was allmost, if not the last song of the programme.
The title I suposse, could be something like this...

"I've got a crush on you"

I looked here, but none off them seems to be it

The BBC-website didn't have a playlist for the program either
(just showing here, I did my homework, and that I'm not just trying to get the answer the easy way )

    Anyone??

          no hip-hop,
          no dance,

          rather fast paced,
same style as 'transvision vamp- I want your love'

            Have you kazaa'd for it?
Most people get the name of their mp3 wrong anyway, so if you just search for the main line of the chorus it'll probably appear.
If I'm posting here then Counterglow must be down.

'make it real' by the jets looks a good bet, from what i can remember they sounded a bit like a 50's rock and roll group

edit: no scratch that they were a crappy electro pop group, not vety fast paced at all FWIR

It's not the Gershwin brothers classic by the same name, is it?

ATM (even before the show) i owe about 20 songs called "crush on you" and none of them come even close and are pure !!!

Come to think of it, it sounds abit like 'echo beach', if that is any help

They played it on the '88 year part of the show, so I guess it was made in that year (released)

What else can I say, besides that it sounds like
Echo beach and I want your love (mixture of the two is closer)
It is female singer and there alot of #nah..nah..nah# in it
(and the crush could/can be replaced with 'crash', which I suspect sometimes is )
