  • Which websites shouldn't be on the net?

Well, the more answers you'd place the less liberitarian you would be and vice-versa. Anyway, just liked to know werether people here tolerates all kind of stuff on the net or not...

(sorry, there will be no example sites or explanations on each category cause it would bring ban. If you seriously don't know what the category means you can always contact me via PM (I will NOT give you link to porn sites however as these are easy to find and I don't know much of them anyways))

You're bound to get some angry remarks because of these topics:

-Websites, which could promote suicides and/or abortions
(even putting those in the same context will anger some people)
-Wrong sites (with wrong info, having nothing to say)
-Extreme porn sites (with various sodomies)
(Apolyton users...er, I won't speak of the horrible abominations they visit )
      -Abandonware sites
(What's wrong with them? sheesh )
      -Websites promoting crimes and criminals
(depends on the crime, but responses would still flow.)
      -Websites promoting racial/ethnical/sexual hatred
(this one falls under freedom of speech. even suggesting a restraint on freedom will get people steaming.)
      -Websites promoting communism
      -Websites promoting sects, satanism, etc.
(I'm surprised you haven't already gotten angry replies on this one.)

By promoting crimes I meant sites which glorifies certain criminals (I know one site which glorifies that guy who was responsible for Polanski house murderings for example, won't link to it from here thought).

As for freedom of speech, I myself voted that internet should remain free of any kinds of censorship. However other people might vote otherwise, thus I suggested them topics for that.

I voted every response just to be a jerk. Sorry- I just feel like being a jerk right now.

I don't think anything should be restricted unless it shows an actual crime taking place. And of course this would depend on the country where the site originates since many countries have different crimes.

So, you want to ban media newsites like CNN, BBC, ect?

Whats the difference between porn and extreme porn? Do you mean softcore? If so, I say softcore should be banned and hardocre porn should be free.

and you may indirectly insult people who like sodomy.

By extreme porn I mean various porn including zoophilia (porn with animals), necrophilia (won't explain that, I think people knows it), etc.
