No, once you've clicked on change region, it should give youn the option 'join a region' with a pulldown. Select Apolyton from there and you're in.
The UN is seperate.Smile

Apolyton is listed under U.N. regions. I clicked join. there is only 1 nation there. I don't recognize it.Comment

It's Tass' nation. Mine doesn't show up on that screen for some reason, although it says it is so in my nation screen

The issues affect your society in how you react to them. Switching to more issues means your nation will change more rapidly. What was the issue? How did you react?
