"Spirit merges with matter to sanctify the universe. Matter transcends to return to spirit. The interchangeability of matter and spirit means the starlit magic of the outermost life of our universe becomes the soul-light magic of the innermost life of our self." - Dennis Kucinich, candidate for the U. S. presidency

Katrina and the Waves did "I'm Walking On Sunshine" - excellent choice for upbeat music.
Also, other good upbeat songs include early beach boys and beatles, also tears for fears, etc…
But if you really want the Joy Division, be sure to download their "Kill Me Now Before I Suck Even More" track, obscure B-side, that!"mono has crazy flow and can rhyme words that shouldn't, like Eminem"

Joy Division is the greatest misnomer of all time!
There are a lot of good, danceable and upbeat Talking Heads songs. Talking Heads '77 is one big lump of honest good hearted sentiment. He's got the Midas touch.
But he touched it too much!
