Secondly, to change your desperately crap personality into a sweet-ass personality, you have to except your desperately crap personality for what it is and it will metamorph into a sweet-ass one. To become exceptive of your personality, you will have to work on rationalizing your fears, so that you can be more assertive. It is not your personality that lacks, it is just how you use it.
