Bordeaux wines (particularly Puligny-Montrachet, Pouilly-Fuisse, Pauillac, and St Emilion);
certain beers with attitude: Noche Buena (limited production Christmas beer here), real Hefe-Weissen, IPA's, stouts and oatmeal stouts, some of the Belgian fruited beers;
good bourbon straight up (don't care if they call it Tennesee or Kentucky whiskey, it's still bourbon), particularly Jack Daniel's single barrel reserve.
Fruity mixed drinks are for.... er, um, can't say that here. Red_jon would be offended.

While not as potent as Everclear, I used to drink Bacardi 151 proof rum. The only thing that can begin to cut it is orange juice, but you could still smell it from a good 5 feet away.
