I don't know much about hot sauces, I just throw some whole red peppers in whatever I'm cooking if I want hot sauce. BTW, I don't use any of those stupid holes in the cap, I take the cap off and pore it in!

For Mustards, it's a Polish Mustard called "Polaski". You'll have to find some sort of Polish store to find it, since it's not in most stores (there is one in New Jersey, I'm sure it's in the town of Old Bridge) Just a little dab will send you flying!

I do like that hot sauce that Burger King just released for their Onion Rings. Not very hot but very very tasty. I have a friend that workds there and he gives me a few "freebies".

Of course, if you want Horse Raddish, don't buy the jar or can versions, that's sissy stuff. Buy the root and shave the stuff off and have it fresh.
I drink to one other, and may that other be he, to drink to another, and may that other be me!

      Cholula? You can get that?

Try Lol-Tun if you can get it... That ought to be good enough for those who like spicy stuff.

But there is nothing like a home-made sweet chipotle sauce, or green pipián from the southwest part of Puebla.

The Cholula has a nice flavor, but for conversation stimulation at our house, we like to put out

          hot sauce.

Hot sauce must taste good or why put it on your food? Ring of Fire hot sauce sure is hot but there is absolutely no taste to it; only pain. I like fresh Pico de Guyo (spelling?) because it tastes good and with a few fresh peppers it still has some kick to it.

Of course I think it's more of a salsa then a hot sauce.

I have some scotch bonnet Jamaican hot sauce that goes well in jambalaya... in lieu of tabasco.

They look like little orange pumpkins, about the size roughly of a Golf Ball.

                  I really enjoy them.
You can get Pure Capaicain (sp??) which is about 400,000 to 500,000 on the Scovil Scale.
I had a buddy whom bought something called Satan's Blood, by far Hottest ..

                  It was rated at 850,000!
I think once you get past 250,000 to 300,000 you are really only talking about the number of layers being burned off your tongue!!

Ah, good point. But I like the taste of peppers too. That's why I like Cholula (yep, we do get it ). You can taste the peppers.

Habeneros are good stuff too . Louisiana hot sauce is my favorite Cheyanne pepper sauce. That's pretty tasty as well .
