WELL IN MY OWN BELIEFS... WHY THE HELL DOES SOMEBODY WANT TO RIP OFF SOMEBODY'S ELSES WORK IN WHICH THEY SPENT TIME ON? Pretty idiotic to do.
For there is [another] kind of violence, slower but just as deadly, destructive as the shot or the bomb in the night. This is the violence of institutions -- indifference, inaction, and decay. This is the violence that afflicts the poor, that poisons relations between men because their skin has different colors. - Bobby Kennedy (Mindless Menance of Violence)
If I make a song and don't get it copyrighted or anything, and post it on the net, anyone can claim it as theirs. Besides, no one is ripping you off. Horse is just having some fun at your expense...and you're letting him
By the way, slander is spoken mistruths. I don't know how that applies to this.
"Chegitz, still angry about the fall of the Soviet Union in 1991?
You provide no source. You PROVIDE NOTHING! And yet you want to destroy capitalism.. you criminal..." - Fez
"I was hoping for a Communist utopia that would last forever." - Imran Siddiqui
"I've lived too long with pain. I won't know who I am without it. We have to leave this place, I am almost happy here."
- Ender, from Ender's Game by Orson Scott Card
I will never understand why some people on Apolyton find you so clever. You're predictable, mundane, and a google-whore and the most observant of us all know this. Your battles of "wits" rely on obscurity and whenever you fail to find something sufficiently obscure, like this, you just act like a 5 year old. Congratulations, molly.
Forget court... the question that this ends to... is the person committing the crime of trust against the artist have any decency? Any decency whatsoever? Or is he representing the worst corruption of society? In this case he is. I find his methods and ways disgusting and he deserves to be in jail.
In jail because he has no respect for what other people accomplish with their skills. We cannot live just to be unprotected because of theives. I am sick of crooks and theives. A crook went to the first site I made on my own (without templates, this one isn't on anymore) and stole it. You know how I felt when I heard of the news? I no longer make my own website without a ready made free template but when I heard this I was shocked. People in this world who do such things are the lowest type of human being in the world.
Why am I slamming AH for this? I value my work highly. Very highly. I am proud of the work I did in my art. And I believe it is a good quality of my character. I take pride in my work.
That is my .02 cents on the corruption in this world and why people like AH represent those filthy injustices. Was I harsh in this statement? Damn right I was. Was it deserved? Damn right it was.

Don't nitpick the spelling, nitpick the whole. It makes you look bad.
