But the idea behind the sentence is that you never really know if you know the truth. And you can't begin to know everything. So "True knowledge exists in knowing that you know nothing." The people who insist they know everything obviously don't know everything.
I have known the idea of knowing nothing since I was a kid, even before they told about Socrates in school, I was lied to too often as a kid so I learned my lesson. And btw, I think the question is not about philosophy.

What do you think the question was about?

It's either about testing knowledge of some famous philosophical quotes, or about philosophy itself.
"The issue is there are still many people out there that use religion as a crutch for bigotry and hate. Like Ben."

I think It was about logic (don't look at my sig plz). The tricky thing in my head was to prove the other options wrong, if you know the truth you really do know some true knowledge. So the truth fits better than others, but I did not manage to prove the others wrong. Then again using my logic the weather option would be almost as good too

Which is precisely why it's philosophy, no?
All of them good feasably be right, depending on how you look at it...

Oh yeah, that too... maybe the right answer was nothing afterall. The car thing requires some heavy brains if they already don't have the knowlege of pythagoras in there.
Edit : what the hell is wrong with my typing today.

That's why many people dislike IQ tests that ask what comes next in a series, which is the odd won out, etc... How you decide what comes next or why it is out of place is far more telling of how your mind works and your intelligence.

Oh yeah and funny thing I forgot to mention, in question

                3. Which number should come next? 144 121 100 81 64 ?
                17
                19
                36
                49
                50
I started to look at 17,19,36,49,50 and tried to find a pattern to fit some of the 144,121,100,81,64 in it... I wondered how the hell they can make so hard question at the start... after five minutes I realised I was looking it the wrong way

I got that one pretty quickly. Notice the numbers given were in a descending order, almost uniformly. Quick mental math showed that every time the difference between the number was reduced by 2...

I just recognised them as square numbers.

That's right, but it's also contrasting the finger and the hand so it can only be that answer.

Yes, the answer was "point the finger". I wonder why some native speakers don't know this, it seems to be a saying. I think it also refers to the "your own fault" attitude.

And I guess, most of us know the quote from Socrates, yet this doesn't render the other options unlogical - it's rather matter of opinion, although many philosophers have stated similar opinions like Socrates.

Yea, "nothing" is the cheeky answer too. It has that sorta twist that intelligent people love.
