I think Croatia is the only country which has also skiing and handbal (!!) hooligans. Of course it's mostly the same guys like in the stadium, but there seems to have developed a professional violent overall sports-crowd. course its the only one I've been to. 
Gotta say, Athens, wow, scary. Maybe I shouldn't have chosen to stay in the worst hostel in Omonia(spelling?). There was an open air meat market their that turned me into a vegetarian. I'm told its where all the Albanians live.
