        Living in Canada.

        Getting back to the point, apparently they either sentenced him to time served or that kind of deal yesterday but then the attorney's office decided they would appeal, so he's still in jail.

        NB: This was a bit that i caught on the news yesterday evening but i just caught the end of it, so...
