Athlon XP 2200+ Not quite 2ghz but I got it on the cheap, so it doesn't matter.
Geforce4 ti4200, 128mb. Gainward Golden Sample is the best! I got it for free anyway; (review copy thats been hanging around for ages, one of the bonuses of freelancing for magazines).
256mbs of pc2700 DDR Ram (not the best, but ram is getting expensive again).
Audigy Platnium, cheaper than getting a hi-fi and just as good.
Ok, no doubt Asher will pick me up on the parts I got, but all I know is that at the moment I'm running two games of Europa Universalis 2, as well as winamp, IE and Empire Earth, without any slowdown.

Just bought 1.8aGH Celeron, because they are cheaper.
Old computer 500mH, still older computer use to be 200mH with upgrade processor, but it burned up or something, so stuck with the original AMD suppose to be 166mH, think its a 133mH, (bought used) but actually runs at 114mH. But its fine for games like old dos X-COM's and Ages of Empires which only require a 90mH computer in the first place. (or less in the case of X-COM original game - UFOefense).
Had to fix the fan on the old old computer, took around 8 hours to put Windows 98SE on it, sure is slow.

I actually think you did a very good job building that system. Very balanced and very good value for your money.

Nope, looks good to me. It's actually extremely similar to my gaming rig.

Also Evil's comp is exactly like my friends who got 12k+ in 3dmark21se, so I think you should too Asher. But I dunno what mobo he has. You do have 40.xx dets right?
Did your friend overclock anything? Video/systembus/proc/memory?
My results are above average from what I've seen on the ORB.

I think most of the new results will be above average because the history with older dets. He had the ti4200 around 300/600.
I think he had the 2200+ @ 166xSomething=2200+. I have heard the mark likes fsb but you have ti4600 so that evens it out I guess. I asked some time ago him to run it 133xSomething=2200+ because I was interested in it too. He still hasn't
After 10K it seems 3DMark is VERY much CPU/memory bound. I overclocked my GF4 Ti4600 to 330 core/730 memory and I only gained like 200 points.
