    well, to clarify. the saying used to go us and russians three hundred million! in ex yugoslavia. they just removed russia and put USA in.

    and its meant jokingly/ironic

          Hmm...

          Different leaders in power?
          (more USA&Euro oriented, and more "forgiving". Anyway UAS&Euro helped them to gain power in first place)

          Personnaly I'm against enetering NATO, only cooperation with NATO (like Russians) and entering in EU, but it looks like it only goes in one whole pakage.

              EU is cool, but portugal, spain and greece are already draining all the money
