Umm, seeing as heterosexuality dominates the media, education and most other outlets I wouldn't say a parade is needed.

What difference does it make to you? Some people don't like football but still put up with seeing it in the papers.

No, I meant heterosexuality dominates education, with section 28, for example.

Boddingtons - you can't choose NOT to like the same sex either. I've never been to a gay pride parade or felt any need to participate in one, but some people do.

I personally believe that when homosexuality is more fully accepted and gay people have the same degree of equality as straight people the parades will die down as homosexuals will feel less like an oppressed minority.

You'll be more likely to get equality by stopping these ridiculous parades as soon as possible. You'd have a great voice for doing this, being gay and all.

They don't help the gay community at all, since the few times your groups do get on mainstream media, you looks ridiculously flamboyant and I would presume most aren't like that at all.

You shouldn't let the vocal and outrageous minority leave people with distasteful ideas about youse.
