I didn't say otherwise. However, getting on the case of someone you don't even know over if they where make-up or not is a little weird.

but many people do

if everyone at the college I went to picked up the trash they had thrown arround for one week (at 6 am, in the minnesota winter) they would not be so inclined to do it again

Jon - the worst is when you see someone throw it out of their window. I saw this a few days ago and it just royally pissed me off. Not only is it stupid, but there are HUGE fines for it...you'd think people would have learned by now

being disturbed by garbage on the ground doesn't necessarilly mean you are an environmentalist. I live in Philly and there's a lot of garbage all over the sidewalks, people's little lawns, etc... its this blight that is one reason why businesses dont like to establish themselves here and why many people cant get good jobs or looking at so much trash just resign themselves to poverty. This trash needs to be picked up and it's sad cause once it's all picked up and all the grafitti is wiped away, it'll return...
