Plenty of people are jailed without parole...
The Moors Murderers are perhaps (hopefully not!) an apt example...

The problem the courts have had with locking people up without being released was the fact that it was politicians deciding the sentence not a judge.
Also the European Court of Human Rights who rule on these sought of cases is sperate to the EUSpace is big. You just won't believe how vastly, hugely, mind- bogglingly big it is. I mean, you may think it's a long way down the road to the chemist's, but that's just peanuts to space.

People who do this are sick ****s, and we need to put much more effort into understanding what makes these people so mentally ill, to help prevent such actions in future.
And what're you doing reading trashy skynews?

Or is this a slip up, do you know something the police force doesn't ?
Let's not jump to conclusions.
"Police hunting for missing schoolgirls Holly Wells and Jessica Chapman have confirmed an area of heathland examined overnight is not linked to their disappearance."
Not finding the bodies is a blessing, but in the long term I'd imagine their parents would want to know for certain the fate of their children, no matter how grim.
And what're you doing reading trashy skynews? One day Canada will rule the world, and then we'll all be sorry.

For those who aspire to live in a high cost, high tax, big government place, our nation and the world offers plenty of options. Vermont, Canada and Venezuela all offer you the opportunity to live in the socialist, big government paradise you long for. –Senator Rubio

DD: I assume that there are EU regulations for prisons, but the conditions vary widely over the EU. The general trend is that the more south you get, the worse the prisons become. Although even the Greek and Portuguese prisons supposedly are comfortable when compared to Eastern Europe, Morocco or Turkey.
