I will tell you my opinion: I think the following governments should be removed:
Iraq (Supports Terror and Saddam is a dumb**** looking for trouble)
Iran (Mullahs should all be shot because they support terror. Iran has extensive chemical weapons programs like Iraq. Evidence: 1980s Iraqi/Iranian War where mustard gas was used)
Libya (Well Qaddafi has shut up for a while after the US launched strikes that killed his daughter correct me if I am wrong, and he isn't supporting terrorism as much as he used to. But everybody knows he is trying to acquire weapons of mass destruction.)
And I could name a few more....

Those countries that have these weapons and doesn't use them irresponsible should not be punished for it. But countries that are runned by *******s should be punished for it. Simple as that.
And WWI? Germany or France do not have the same government. Countries like Iraq and Iran who used them in the 1980s Iraqi/Iranian war on innocent civilians still have the same government.

Wow, Fez, impressive. Just in a few posts you managed to show just how reflective you are on world politics. You could be doing this for years now, I haven't noticed it as I don't visit the OT often. But just some idea for you: taking your arguments, the nazis were a good government: they had chemical and biological weapons, and didn't use them in WWII, even when their situation was a lost cause. Sure, they used Zyklon B, but to them it wasn't on innocent civilians... they could have equiped V-1s and V-2s with it, but didn't.
And mustard gas is the least of the chemical weapons, only people without any protection whatsoever are affected. A simple carbon filter will negate it... compare this with the American arsenals of Sarin, Anthrax and other more modern things. Ebola, anyone?
