Gotta go with Rush, or any prog band for that matter. Any band that thumbs it nose at force-fed notions of hipness, and is still going strong after 25+ years, is great in my book.

My favourite Canuck band would be The Spirit of the West - though they haven't done much worthwhile in the last five years.

Of the ones on the list I went with Great Big Sea.

I would have gone with the Cowboy Junkies or Blue Rodeo if I had the choice though.

(and please god, no one pick David Usher, I went to Uni with the prat and his ego is big enough as it is)
What's so funny 'bout peace, love and understanding?

              Guess Who, followed by Rush.

I have Our Lady Peace's clumsy album, but theres only lik 3 listenable tracks on the whole thing. I havent heard anything since.

If Rush weren't on there, I'd say The Tea Party.

Crash Test Dummies, Barenaked Ladies and Alanis Morrisette are the only ones whose music I've heard. (I did recognise Nickelback, too) Chose CTD because Mmm mmm mmm mmm is (quite self evidently) fun to hum to.

Drake - Spiritual Machines is the best of theirs by far in my opinion, though Happiness and the Fish has some great tracks, including one of my alltime favourites - One Man Army

Clumsy isn't my favorite CD either, but I still own it and play it occasionally for Superman's Dead, Automatic Flowers, and Clumsy.

Naveed's best songs are Starseed and Naveed.

Happiness' best songs are One Man Army, Is Anybody Home, and Thief.

Then Spiritual Machines just rules. I've got the special edition, love nearly all the songs. Same with Gravity.

                              Oh, I can.

Good guitar work, extremely poor vocals and lyrics.

Please, compared with Nickelback they're Pulitzer material...
