      • The first side to say "shush" loses the debate, my friend.

OK guys, out of your head, when did Germany become a member of the league of nations?

        • re Titanic.

It nearly hit some other ship, the Washington, the New York, the Boston or something like that.

To be ironic I guess it would be the "New York".
One day Canada will rule the world, and then we'll all be sorry.

          • It was indeed the "New York."

The Titanic's propeller's created such a huge suction that it ripped the New York away from her moorings on the dock. The Titanic's captain responded quickly by reversing the ship's engines, and an alert tug captain intervened as well. Disaster averted...?

The irony is on many levels. The name of the other ship, the fact that reversing the engines saved the ship this time but was what doomed her 4 days later, and that had this accident occured, the Titanic would have had to go back for repairs, thus delaying her voyage well beyond Atlantic iceberg season.

              Except for this one.

Suffice it to say if I wanted to cheat I'd use google like every other self respecting cheater.

"The world is too small in Vorarlberg". Austrian ex-vice-chancellor Hubert Gorbach in a letter to Alistar [sic] Darling, looking for a job...
"Let me break this down for you, fresh from algebra II. A 95% chance to win 5 times means a (95*5) chance to win = 475% chance to win." Wiglaf, Court jester or hayseed, you judge.
