no, Sudan will not build a nuke now or in 50 years.

you have to have a strong central government, peace and at least some trace of decent GDP to do that. everyone is underestimating the difficulties involved in building a nuke.

Is there a certain chain of malfunctions and mistakes that will cause the Irani reactor to go boom, ala Chernobyl, before it becomes operational?
