I know, it's ridiculous...that's why I drive long distances...it just seems silly to me - by their very nature public transport should be cheaper than your own transportation...Speaking of Erith:

You have to seek out like-minded people and do what you want to do. Fortunately Oxford does have a lot of different types of people so you can find friends no problem.
Of course I know where Worcester College is, I was just having a little brainstorm earlier. It's amazing what age does to you
