If you're that desperate you should be looking for a year abroad for your third year...

Couple of people I know are off to the States next academic year...

Well, it's settled. I'm flying to Ireland the weekend afterwards, so please do not now suddenly bump it back (Unless you'd rather meet in Dublin.)

If you can make it up to Canada, I can ship you over to England along with my stuff in a few weeks.
Exult in your existence, because that very process has blundered unwittingly on its own negation. Only a small, local negation, to be sure: only one species, and only a minority of that species; but there lies hope. [...] Stand tall, Bipedal Ape. The shark may outswim you, the cheetah outrun you, the swift outfly you, the capuchin outclimb you, the elephant outpower you, the redwood outlast you. But you have the biggest gifts of all: the gift of understanding the ruthlessly cruel process that gave us all existence [and the] gift of revulsion against its implications.

If another Bristol meet is so bloody difficult, then I wouldn't mind Oxford, as I haven't been there in yonks.

Manchester also seems feasible, but then that's what they said about Leeds...

I wouldn't mind Oxford myself, but I think I need some excuse to go to London one of these days.

Thing is Seneca, you wouldn't see all that much of Oxford given that you'd probably be sat in a pub most of the time.

Re: British Apolytoners Meeting - End Of July

I'm going to provisionally suggest the 20th July, at the Moon Under Water, Leicester Square. Who's going to be there?
                                Me.
One day Canada will rule the world, and then we'll all be sorry.
