Lots of contenders. It really depends on whether you mean pure intelligence or knowledge, or both or whatever. Intelligence in its purest form is hard to express on a message board I think. I'm tempted to say KrazyHorse, or Ramo.

on a regular basis, Stefu and Horse. L&G/B*B/RJ is immensely funny in bursts. But whoever created Wiglaf and Chris62 were masters of comedy.
