How credible do you all think this story is? If it's true, and I tend to think it is, it does go a long way toward explaning Tony Blair's total committment to the WoT, despite taking all sorts of crap for it.

Well, it makes perfect sense to me. If you're al-Qaida, it would be icing on the cake, so to speak, immediately following the terrorist strikes in New York City, Washington, D.C., and Pennsylvania.
