I just got suspended from school for a week(read why, im ready to explode >:().

    Wow. That's right up there with that school suspending the kids for playing Cops & Robbers in elementary school...

    Definitely threaten a lawsuit. Even if you don't want to go through with it, if you threaten it and it goes up to the school board they might have some people there that can actually look at the situation and make judgement before it blows up into a media scene.

      Contact a local TV station... offer them the exclusive story... Make the school look like morons on the news.

        Threaten a lawsuit. Publicize this, or whatever.

        The bigger the fuss, the better. There is no way anyone with an IQ higher than that of a doorknob can possibly agree with the suspension.

                I dont really want to sue them or anything......and even if I did by the time it ended my week would be long over.

                If I did sue, what do you think I could get out of it?

                Also I am religious, and even though they did wrong me, even though its LEGAL do you think i'd be justified in suing them for $$$?

                  Ves, the money doesn't matter here. The school will get the bad press from the media, and settle with you to end the suspension if you drop the case.

                            You have to look at this from their point of view. It really is not that difficult to conceal a machine shop in your locker now days... And think of the children... the poor children. What are they to think if they see a spent bullet around someones neck! This could lead to another Columbine. You better just thank your lucky stars that no one was killed because of you!
