Christianity: The belief that a cosmic Jewish Zombie who was his own father can make you live forever if you symbolically eat his flesh and telepathically tell him you accept him as your master, so he can remove an evil force from your soul that is present in humanity because a rib-woman was convinced by a talking snake to eat from a magical tree...

What's that coffee shop in Rogers Park, btw? The commie one?
You're probably thinking of The Heartland Cafe. Last time I was there it was overrun with yuppies. It's mostly a bar/resteraunt, but I guess you can get coffee there. There are at least two good coffee shops right around the corner from it, No Exit and Cafe Ennui.

No, that's what cat's are for. Would you like to introduce your bunny to my cat?
Bunnies may be fodder but full grown rabbits are kind of big for cats. My mother had a rabbit that would get annoyed and at strike at her 100 pound golden retriever.
Of course thats because the golden knew the rabbit. Other rabbits got killed.

Our cats used to kill wild adult rabbits often. My sisters would scream and cry when Minkie brought home her bounty...

Yeah. That's the one. For some reason was thinking "The Good Earth cafe" was the name...but I knew that was off.
I used to go there for breakfast. Was part of the yuppie horde* in there back in the mid-90's. My jazz singer gf was a sucker for urban radical chic...
*Technically I wasn't...since I was a poor grad student...but I still looked the yuppie part. Clean cut white guy in polo shirt with Navy haircut...
The Heartland was the first place I ever ran into serious beer and lefty papers. It will always have a warm place in my heart for that. Great breakfasts.
