I didn't have the patience to read it all, I just want to say that Pope visit Romania too and everything was OK. The visit was at our patriarch invitation.

I gather this is a joke since you reflexively identify with the Orthodox crowd in Serbia.
I can see why most of the Orthodox want nothing to do with the Pope. The simply do not agree that the See of Rome is superior to all others.
But with Greece, it also concerns the fall of Constantinople. Paiktiss, you may want to jump in here. But most Greeks I have met speak of Constantinople in loving terms. They look on Constantinople as the capitol of their nation. It fell in 1453 to the Turks because Rome and the Catholic west did not send (enough)aid when it was most needed. Emperor John has requested Rome's assistence in the last visit of a Roman emperor to Rome. The request was granted, but on condition that the Orthodox church once again recognize Roman See as the first among the Patriarchs. The Emperor agreed. But the Patriarch of Constinople did not agree.
As a result, Constantinople fell. Resentment against the Pope for this "betrayal" or "power grab" obviously remains strong.
