Thats a decent point

Taste is just so individual. It doesnt make a person. I think lots of things my wife likes is trash and vice versa, but at the end of the day it doesnt matter because people are much more than what their favorite ****ing movie or musician is.

Difference and diversity is what makes life and people great.

A carbon copy lover that likes everything you like? Sounds exciting

It's too easy to say "It didn't work because she likes stupid movies". It does make no sence ! Such problems are trivial if you really want to make your life with her.

Of course, if you are with a serial killer girl (like the sort of girl sucking brain of their partner for breakfast) you could consider to break if you want.
