Why in God's name would anyone want to come to Atlanta?

Seriously though, it's all the same to me, I will probably get a rail pass. As long as the meeting isn't in the middle of nowhere, i can make it.

      That rules out Aberystwyth then.

Oh yes, and Amsterdam is a bit far away for me. That's what, about 6-7 hours of train travel most of which wouldn't be covered by a BritRail pass of some sort?

I might just have to swing by Aberystwyth some other time

Forget Aberystwyth, that's just Stew and his madbrained suggestions. Well Birmingham is central, but Birmingham is a complete hole. Even London would be OK for me.

London would be my obvious first choice, means I wouldn't have to drive. Anywhere less than an hour or so driving time from the M25 is doable. Also, I presume it would be a weekend, else I can't make it.

I'm up for Oxford. I'll be up looking at the Uni at some point.

Dream on IW, only intelligent people like me get there Or are you going to look at Brookes?

Yeah, I can do Oxford, it has been a while since I was last down there, last August in fact. I may be going there in May too as I am in Birmingham on the 13th.

So did we decide anything in the end?

No, not yet. We'll get anything sorted out nearer the date when you know what your plan is.

                                The idea is....

London, Saturday, July. A Wetherspoons near Leicester Square.
