I came upon a barroom full of bad Salon pictures in which men with hats on the backs of their heads were wolfing food from a counter. It was the institution of the "free lunch" I had struck. You paid for a drink and got as much as you wanted to eat. For something less than a rupee a day a man can feed himself sumptuously in San Francisco, even though he be a bankrupt. Remember this if ever you are stranded in these parts. ~ Rudyard Kipling, 1891

Dogs of war won't work b/c you have to purchase it to move beyond turn 2...I think we should just opt for a PBEM game...

If that is so let's dedicate a new thread to dictate turns. We should set up our boards and wait for Ramo. Everyone still in?

            I'm here...

I seem to have a full copy then...

If someone can host the file, I'll mail it over.

Yes. but what are teams? If there are under 5, I think it's most fair to let 1 player control Axis, and the rest split up Allies. I prefer Axis but I'm open...setting up gameboard now - might take a bit w/ only one hand

Also, are we playing special rules? I prefer Russia Restricted and 2 hit Battleships, but again I'm flexible.

                Random choices?

Try putting this in your Dogs of War directory:
                  Attached Files

If there are the 4 of us, it should be 2 vs 2, with the odd man controling Britain and Russia. 3 vs 1 is boring and not really team play...

that attachment file didn't do anything. DanS can you host his version of the game?

Ok - so with that attachment we can play online?

And random choices on teams, 2 v 2 is fine...what about special rules, though - any problems with RR and 2 hit BBs?

Like I said, if nothing else works, I can send the zip of my whole directory over if someone can host it...
