Zylka - I'm up for it. I propose that we roll dice for each person on our own moves (ie if I attack I roll attack and defense dice), and handle losses in a logical, good faith way - basically trust each other.
BTW, here are some extra rules I propose:
1. Russia can't attack first turn.
2. USA can't attack Germany before Germany attacks the US (Germany declares war on the US if, for example, it has a fighter in Russian controlled Karelia, and Germany attacks Karelia).
3. Same thing with Russia and Japan.
