Perhaps high schools societies finally have dropped the 'you gotta have sex or you're pathetic' attitude wich causes the act of sex to be more of a social ritual then a showing of affection, or even just a really fun thing to do.

No, that's not what I mean. The best way to put it is using the Tanner staging sysem. This system categorizes the development of primary and secondary sex characteristics from stage 0, the stage you're born in, to stage 5, fully adult. Stage 1 describes the characteristcs at the very beginning of sexual development. Girls reach stage 1 at 9 or 10, boys reach stage 1 at 10 or 11. A boy would not be capable of ejaculation until he reaches stage 3, which is usually at age 13 or 14. It's very unusual, even today for a boy to reach stage 3 before his 12th birhtday.
