Cargo Shorts in Winter around the house and sometimes when I go out.
Khaki Cargo Pants when I go out.

Cargo pants are definitely comfortable. I wear them sometimes, especially if I need the extra pockets (cell phone, mp3 player, keys, pencils, notepad, etc).
I mostly wear jeans these days, and the ones I wear are definitely comfortable. Fairly baggy, look nice, quite comfortable.
