The ones on the ground in Afghanistan, yes.

The ones massing along the border in preparation for the invasion, no.

I still don't get why Canada doesn't complain to us that their troops aren't being used much, despite their "massive" numbers (and support costs) in Afghanistan? That'd piss me off, if my minions were wasting dough like that on someone else's watch.

Sure, Wiggy. That's why our Min Nat Def just warned us to "be ready for Can. casualties".

Sounds to me like you'd rather hear about Brits and Canadians being killed than Terrorists...

Wiglaf: The reason the Canadians aren't fighting in the numbers you feel they should is due to the simple fact that we don't need them to. The reason the US hasn't asked them to is due to the simple fact that asking for military assistance to handle things in which assistance isn't required is stupid and wasteful.

Brits and Canadians are terrorists according to Wiggy.

The question is not: Wy don´t we fight?, but: Why are we even there? But if Wiglaf is right, and Europeans/Canadians don´t get involved much in fighting, that means: We have some reasonable commanders.

Speaking about the EU, what they most probably do is positioning themselves as the good guys: 'Look, Afghanis, the evil Gringos are shooting at you, but we friendly Euros aren´t. We are just here for peacekeeping, bomb defusing and helping people. Therefore, after the war, remember: Gringos bad, Euros good!'

This US-Canadian sniping is about the stupidest thing in the world. All the troops in Anaconda are under the operational command of a US Major general (hollenbeck?) Its his job to WIN, to destroy al-qaeeda forces, and to use the resources at hand in the most effective way to achieve that end, not to establish casualty quotas by nationality.

Whenever the creator of the Wiglaf DL is unmasked, I say we give him or her a medal. It's bloody brilliant. No one on Earth could possibly be this out-of-touch with reality without being locked up in a rubber room.

                            Hey Horse...

That's a big no-no under the Geneva Convention, dragging away soldiers and shooting them like that. You still think we ought to give those terrorist dogs in Cuba the right to jeopardize security for stupid things like wearing hats or whatever? They're lucky they get anything now, the monsters.

Get off it. I've asked Ming to investigate the matter and post the results in the Community forum. He refused, so draw your own conclusions.

Oh, I've already drawn my own conclusions, as I'm sure you'll recall. However, I don't feel the need to clog 'Poly with that picture again--I might inadvertantly cause yet another crash. Suffice it to say that if you are, in fact, neither a DL, nor mentally unstable, then you are the biggest jackass I have ever had the misfortune to encounter, either online or off.

But enough of this pleasant threadjacking. Please, continue to expose yourself. Sunlight is the best disinfectant.

Are you with them or something? For a Republican you're doing a damn good job not listening to anything I'm saying at all. Here goes: Why doesn't the Canadian Secretary of Snobisity (Delightful Defense? I don't know) complain about how America is "wasting" his country's money in support costs by not using its troops already in the region?
