As for the rest Lung all too true, I have had some information cross my computer about the mess down there. I truely hope these destructive money making as*holes pay the ulitimate price for thier greed. Greed I may point out a lot of times is at the expense of the children.

Fortunately however, most people have enough common sense to see how stupid this is, and are speaking out against it. I hope we ultimately have a victory for common sense and force the lawyers back under the rocks from whence they came.

You should be so lucky, most Canadians and appears from this thread anyway Americans have no idea, nor do they care it appears. I certainly hope the thoungsands of us who do can make changes for thier benifit. Too many kids are falling victims to this adversarial system. Society is starting to show the damage pressure and information my change all this. That is the intent of all this as one put it "large quantities of unwanted messages"

I get 20-30 emails full of this "information" per day. The reality of the situation is astounding. In GA for instance they have ruled a lot of this unconstitutional after much hard faught effort. I am sure when the smoke clears most nations as a whole will find similar rulings...

Blackice, I have no comments on the old and new laws of sexual harrassment.

Just because there are a minority of men/women who cry wolf and claim that they were a victim when they really were not, does not mean that legitimate sexual harrassment cases should be disregarded.

What would happen to all our other laws just because there's always a minority of people who abuse or misuse such laws to sue for false reasons??

In the world today there many people sufer injustice. Men and woman of all ages all over the world. One thing though that this world is a man's world. I will not dispute the fact that there many be many woman who lie to try and get back at their husban or ex boyfriend and try to get sole custody of any children they have. But if you look at the larger picture, this does not happen to most men and for more often women are discriminated against in many areas of life, and have been for all of human history.

I have a hard time believing that a restraining order can be put on someone when the person who is protected by it does not want it. I dont really know anything about Canadian Law, as i live in the United States, but where I live a person must go to court and apply for a restraining order, and usually first a temporary one is put into place than in a week after the person who is aftected by the restraining order is notified a court hearing is held and both sides present their case. The police cannot issue a restraining order against anyone. So please explain to me how restraining orders work in Canadia.

Actually statistics show a larger than not share are wolf cries not the other way around. No one said they should be discarded, proven before punishment yes...

That is where the innocent before you are found guilty comes in, these laws circumvent that little part of reason. That is the problem nothing more.

I think the “it’s ok to have injustice to men is ok because it happens to women” argument is at best a cop out.
It offers no reason or common sense…”It’s ok it happened to women”… stupid comment and more misandry. It is not ok to happen to anyone period that is the only right and just…
As for you next comment you obviously did not read the copious amounts of “useless information” I posted. Men are jailed quite frequently in the States for this in some States more than others.
