The World's Smallest Political Quiz is along the same lines. The questions aren't any less biased, but the axis they use is slightly different (and, IMNSHO, much better).

Almost exactly in the center, but just a shade into libertarian right. Pretty much what I imagined.
          Economic Left/Right: 1.00
          Authoritarian/Libertarian: -0.72

But it's not that my opions are average; I have a lot of "strongly agree" and "strongly disagree" that cancel each other out. For example, I think that drugs should be legal and pornography illegal. That's because I think porn does far more damage to society. I think that most businesses should be left alone in a free market, but the ones who cause lots of negative externalities like pollition or disease should be crushingly taxed, heavily regulated, and otherwise squashed. So I'm authoritarian in some ways and libertarian in others, but it averaged these two views.

            Economic Left/Right: -2.88
            Authoritarian/Libertarian: -6.67

Hmm, quite as I imagined it to be... I guess I'd be even more liberal, but I think they counted the patriotic answers (considering "our" country... I guess they meant Britain, I answered as my own country) as authoritarian.

            Edit:
I took the shorter test Wraith mentioned and got left-liberal.

Your Personal Self-Government Score is 90%.
Your Economic Self-Government Score is 40%.

Hmm... although shorter, (I usually see too short tests as more inaccurate...) I did like the "maybe"-option.

Like usual whenever I take this test. Not too far from the center, I guess, but that is kind of wierd since I have some extreme positions .

                    Crappy Test

                    Too many bull**** questions.

For example, what does astrology have anything to do with either category?

You know a test is absurd when an anarchist is less libertarian (-4.3, I believe) than a commie and is almost an economic centrist (-1.6).

I'm a very libertarian commie. I once told my comrades that the day after the revolution I would become an anarchist and start the movement to overthrow them.

Based on the results announced so far, the following people are the most "libertarian":

                              DaShi - 6
                              Che G –6.5
                              Ade –6.67
                              Hobbes –6.72
                              Krazy H –7
                              Myself –7.9

I don't consider myself a Libertarian. What about the rest of you? Have any self-proclaimed Libertarians actually scored a "high" libertarian result?
