One doesn't see them as frequently these days, but there used to be copper wrist bands with American P.O.W.'s and M.I.A.'s names, rank, and date on them.

Dominikos comes to reassert his importance by reminding all of you that it was I who coined the term Mingapulco! Wohooooo! I just had to say that! Wohoooooooooo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Glad to be seeing it in use.
I remember someone on the forums once saying that Mingapulco has only one hotel. You check in but you don't check out.
I was there once (for some really minor offence) but managed to bribe one of Ming's henchmen. I tell you, the lax security there...
