There have been days here in Houston where I have to drive 2 hours, 25 miles in stop-and-go traffic. I can't tell you how many times I've been in agony because of having do depress the clutch so many times.

I know what you mean, I have a lot of experience in driving a manual. I guess it does take more than an hour before you notice it, but eventually your clutch leg does get tired. If you live somewhere that has horrendous traffic (LA) you would probably have a sore leg every day!
