                    (1+2/n)n = 1 + n. 2/n = 3

                    Is that a suitable approximation, probably not

                      Not quite...

                      Rewrite as:

                      limn->inf(1+2/n)n/2*(1+2/n)n/2

                      and then make the substitution m=n/2...
