The UK have certainly been pulling their weight, with both air strikes and troops on the ground.

I remember watching CNN during the Kosovo peacekeeping operation, and they were talking about what the US troops were doing on the ground, but continualy showing pictures of British troops. Or, did anyone see that discovery channel (I think) docu on the US submarine fleet. They only showed inside one sub - showing how it functions and interviewing the crew etc - but it was a British sub! Probably ****ers like Wiglaf wouldn't notice things like that!

And to the other Americans here - don't worry - we realize this this idiot doesn't represent your views...

And for the record, I think Bush and his team, and the US military, have done a very good job of this whole business.

I personally think all you people are fighting with yourselves because you simply cannot argue on my level. Why should we not leave the roles to those best equiped to handle them? The two roles (war fighting & peacekeeping) require differing force structures in order to be effectively carried out and the US currently lacks the structure to effectively carry out a peacekeeping mission. Furthermore, imagine the reaction among the Muslim world to a US occuping force in the region.
