  • A racist thread

No, it's not a racist thread and if you think that then you're bigoted.

    There that solves it

    Ok, I got a question.

As you don't know, in these last years Greece has been the subject of rampant immigration from all over the world.

Its got to show sooner or later.

Anyway, in my new appartement that I got recently to be close to work I have as my neighboors two black people that live with their two white girlfriends and their three black friends. (in a 3 room appartement...).

Nice people, rarely make any noise, polite etc.

    There is just one problem.

There is a bad odor eminating outside their door. It really stinks. And its next to my door.

I have been the subject of numerous jokes by my friends when they approach the door to my appartement (stinky bum, did your help go away? man, that's awful etc)

Of course I call them all racist and I point out that they don't appreciate african cuisine.

My question is: what is that smell? I've seen it in other appartments elsewhere where the inhabitans were black people.

Is it their cuisine as I think? What is it?

    Thank you.

You can now call me racist if you want but do try to give me a calculated guess to my question.

Or maybe the Greeks have really been sliding from the days of Aristotle. Let us know when you hit the bottom...

      *BAM*

      Rock bottom!

Ok, can you now answer my question?
Or point out why do you consider it racist? (I'd prefer an answer though).

No, your nose is racist. Cut it off so you can be a free and tolerant person.

I know your ideals very well, you actively support oppression of people through your own ignorance, I have nothing to discuss with you.

and I won't sacrifice my greek nose, thank you very much.

Why is this a taboo topic?
Someone afraid to answer or he/she would seem to be a racist?

Come on! You are a racist or not by your actions and your beliefs.

Throwing dirt on me only verifies you as a racist, I think!

Transcend your PC bull for Christ sake!

We are all the same and I'm asking a question!

Jesus why are you so afraid?

If you think not liking how something smells makes you racist, then you are too stupid to deserve an answer, and you have reached a level of PC that would put our liberals to shame.

Now, now. The Turks are just misunderstood. You should read my thread on Affinity for Afghans and you will see that the Turks are just misunderstood.

As to your question. It may be the white women causing the problem. I won't go into further detail, but I'm sure that you all know the jest of the meaning.

                  Shi,
Well, I guess I'm stupid since I don't understand you...!

What happened to straight answers to a straight question?

Straight answers like: yes, the african cuisine is heavy?

Sprayber, well I'm sure that's what the Taliban are saying to their women! («you've just misunderstood us»!)

Hmm, the white girls which are living with them might be terrible house keepers as the black boys. It's either that or they cook funny stuff.

                      In Simpler terms:

You don't control what your nose smells. Just because you smell something you don't like doesn't mean you are racist, so leave that out of it.

Anyway, seeya, I'm off to the Turkish embassy to attend a pro-genocide rally.

That's your «simpler terms»? Then why did you jump on my greek nose?

                          and that's my simpler terms:

Do I make an unfounded generilisation (something that's by definition bigoted) when I say that there is an unpleasant smell in the appartments of inhabitants from african countries?

Is this the case or not?

And if it is, is it because they cook differently or because they have a different way of keeping an appartment clean?

What is racist about that? (except my initial conviction that most of you would find it racist?)

Where are these blacks from? I am assuming Africa?

Well, I have lived and am living in complexes with Koreans, and whoooo! they have some REALLY spicey food to say the least. Sometimes when the door is open the smell will smack you in the face! I also have some living under me and the smell will rise into my place and it is stronnngggg.

Maybe to them I smell bad.

                            Hey paiktis,

Don't they get mad with all the shedded curly body hair laying outside in the hall?

Africa yes. The supervisor told me so. They are not very talkative. Maybe because they don't speak the language very well yet. We just smile to eachother in the hallway. The girls are from Eastern Europe (the language sounds clearly eastern european).

About curly hair shedding, please. This is a very painful topic for me and I wouldn't like to talk about it
