There's nothing that would keep you alive on Mars other than a pressurised container to keep your lungs from pushing out of your mouth.

Any skin exposed to Martian atmospheric pressure would suffer massive edema and cause serious internal bleeding.

Not a pleasant way to die.

        In english please.

For the slow: 1 Pascal is 1 Newton per metre squared. 1 kilopascal is 1000 Pascals. Regular atmospheric pressure at sea level on earth is around 100 kilopascals. On Mars atmospheric pressure at ground level is close to 1 kilopascal.

            Hmm. Faceplate ~.02 m^2. Pressure differential 100kPa.

Those swimming goggles need 200 kg of weight (earth weight that is) to keep them on your face.

Just tried it, came up with http://www.kpa.se/, not very relevant

In fact the whole page of hits is pretty useless (except the bottom hit)

You should try speaking to the level of your audience. Not insult them. I should not have to google/webster/compton's/etc to figure out what you mean.

To survive on mars for a day I would:

                    1) Get a battery powered heater and warm clothes
                    2) Get a bunch of oxygen cylinders and a breathing mask
                    3) Get a bunch of thick (0.2 cm or so?) rubber or synthetic rubber material and build some sort of airtight tent big enough to hold me. You also need a valve to bleed off waste gases (otherwise the pressure would build up too much)
                    4) Hope like hell I'd sealed it properly

The problem is not the temperature; if you go to Mars in summer on the equator, temperatures can go above 20C. It's the low pressure, and for that, you'd need a spacesuit.

Okay can a person wear a flight pressure suit under his arctic gear?

Yes. Most standard arctic gear relies on trapped pockets of air as insulation, however and would thus be of limited usefulness once exposed to Martian atmosphere. I would really recommend a battery heating unit inside the pressure suit itself to guarantee a survivable temperature be maintained.
