I much rather it not have a keyboard that's almost useless. It also seems to have a problem with heat, unless it uses something slow.

Precisely. To make it look better, instead of that ugly knob, they could have streamlined it by placing a streamlined ring around that speaker that you would rotate with your finger.

Interesting about the Mac mini is that if you have a PC, it's pretty easy to set up the mini next to it and share components and use it just for fun. Maybe not as a primary computer, but something to use to play around with the Mac.

The sad part is looking at the specs, it's probably better than my piece of **** laptop (except for the RAM and processor speed) .

Does Apple try to advertise the Windows programs that are compatible/available on Mac? What do they offer?

Asher, by not wanting to make love to this new computer from Apple, has conclusively proven himself heterosexual.

                  Case closed.

Most gays I know are PC users. I know of one gay Mac user, but he was a PC user until his mom convinced him to get a job at the Apple store in Seattle...

I don't get the Apple design stuff people drool over. As far as I can tell, it's the same people who think the VW Beetle is a nice looking car.

The distance to which you can tell is short. VW Beetle = fugly.

Apples have a certain gracefulness to them that PCs by and large lack.

You're surely not referring to the bouncing Dock icons as the graceful part.

Apple is all about being simple and white. A lot like the southern US...

I'm with you. Beetles are fugly. And SOME Apples are graceful. The PowerMac isn't really... then again, it is there to compete with the higher end PCs.
